Helen Ruth Hannah

Helen Ruth Hannah, 87, of Parkersburg, went home to be with the Lord on February 28, 2018 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg. She was born in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late William and Laura Lamp McKibben. She was a graduate of Parkersburg High School and retired from Public Debt in 1978 and then the United States Postal Service Mineral Wells Branch. Ruth is survived by six daughters, Patricia Brown of Parkersburg, Sharon Drain of Georgia, Sue Johnson (Terry) of Parkersburg, Debbie Hannah of Panama City, Florida, Rebecca Cayton of Parkersburg, and Tammy Goodrich (Rick) of Concord, North Carolina; one son John Hannah of Mineral Wells; two sisters, JoAnn Fund of South Carolina and Lucille Bush of Coolville, Ohio; several grand, great, and great-great grandchildren; and her dog, Jazzie. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hannah in 1982, one son James and one sister. Funeral services will be conducted 2 P.M. Monday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike Street, Parkersburg with Pastor Joe Ward officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral Home from 10 A.M. until time of service at 2 P.M.
