Harvey "Bud" Clay Buchanan

The link is below his picture.Harvey Clay “Bud” Buchanan, 67, of Parkersburg, W.Va. went home to be with his mom and dad on June 15, 2015 at Sunny Slope Nursing Home in Bowerston, Ohio.He was born Dec. 9, 1947, in Wood County, W.Va., a son of the late Roy M. and Gedney Boggs Buchanan.Bud loved music and CB radios. He attended 14th Avenue Gospel Mission Church.He is survived by two sisters, Patsy Smith and Virginia Nicholson, both of Parkersburg; two nephews, Daniel Fauxsmith (Jennifer) of Boston, Mass. and Steven Smith of Parkersburg; one niece, Elizabeth Nicholson of Canton, Ohio; one great-nephew, Teddy Saffle of Parkersburg; a cousin whom he called his brother, Jack Sampson; and a cousin, Frank Sampson.He was preceded in death by his parents.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 22, 2015 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., South Parkersburg with Pastor William Law officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
