Harold W Shepard

Harold W. Shepard, 81, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away December 23, 2010, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.He was born July 26, 1929, in Wood Co., W.Va., a son of the late Cloy and Elva Wines Shepard.Harold retired from OAmes Company and was also a veteran of the US Army, having served in the Korean Conflict.Surviving is his loving wife of forty-seven years, Irene Shepard; daughters, Sherry Slusser (Tom) of Kansas, Kathy Shea (Mark) of Elizabeth, W.Va.; sons, Walter Shepard (Bertie) of Parkersburg, W.Va., and Robert Daugherty (Debbie) of Rockport, W.Va.; twelve grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.Graveside services will be conducted at 1PM Monday December 27, 2010, at the Evergreen North Cemetery where interment will follow.
