Harold William Frank

Harold “Bill” W. Frank, 78 of Parkersburg, W.Va., formerly of Belpre, OH, passed away May 16, 2016. He was born August 29, 1937, in Parkersburg, W.Va., a son to the late William Thomas and Kathryn Tyson Frank. Bill was a graduate of Parkersburg High School class of 1955. He worked as a concrete finisher for 30 years and for the Belpre Volunteer Fire Department for 17 years until his retirement. He served his country in the United State Air Force. He is survived by two brothers, Tom Frank (Amy) of Parkersburg and Bob Frank (Becky) of Belpre, Ohio; his cousin and best friend, Pam Cornell of Belpre; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Frank; one sister, Jana Rae Frank; and one brother, Christopher Frank. At his request there will be no service. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Belpre, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
