A video tribute to Harley is now available on this site.Harley W. Bradley, 78 of Vincent, Ohio passed away at his home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Shirley Bradley; sons, Michael Bower and family of Parkersburg, W.Va., and Randy Bradley and family of Nevada; daughters, Heidi Hopper and family of Nevada, and Tracy Bradley and family of Texas. He was blessed with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Harley was preceded in death by his Mother and Father, Clara and Harold Lydick.Harley was initiated into the Carpenters Union in Monterey, CA, in 1964 and was recently awarded his 50 year gold card and pin. While working in Monterey and Carmel, CA, he worked building many movie sets, met several movie stars and played golf with the actor Clint Eastwood. Harley always claimed Carmel Valley, CA was the most beautiful place he had ever lived, but his love of family brought him back to Parkersburg.Harley was a medic in the Army during the Korean War and was stationed in Germany as well as other countries during that time.Harley retired in 1997 and had many years to enjoy fishing, boating and camping with family and friends. He was kind, loving and generous, a master story teller, and will be sorely missed.Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Blvd., Belpre, Ohio with Reverend Bob Cornell presiding. Interment will follow at Fairview Memory Gardens, Belpre, Ohio. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
