H James Province

H James Province, 73 of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away after a long illness, August 16, 2016, at Cleveland Clinic. He was born January 11,1943 in Parkersburg, the son of the late Rev. Lawrence and Barbara Jean Joachim Province. Jim graduated at PHS in 1960 and was a graduate of Mountain State College and Glenville State College. He was also a member of the West Virginia Army National Guard, Partner (retired) Province, Webb and Associates, CPA's, Executive Director of the West Virginia Nursing Home Association, Board of Directors of Henry Logan Children's Home, Member of West Virginia Public Accountant's Association, Board of Directors of West Virginia Board of Accountancy, Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Member of Parkersburg Rotary Club and Board of Directors of the Parkersburg Homecoming Committee. He was a Coach of Parkersburg Little league, he was an avid classic car enthusiast, was owner of Custom Street Rods and a Partner in Steel Dynamics, LLC. Jim is survived by his wife, Deborah Jean Cameron Province; one daughter, Rebecca Ann (Sam) Winchester of Philadelphia, Pa.; one son, Jay Ryan (Roxie Renae) Province of Parkersburg; two step-sons, Adam Glenn Morehead and Jeffrey Paul Morehead both of Parkersburg; one sister, Vickie Sexton of Bridgeport, W.Va.; two brothers, Larry (Nancy) Province of Parkersburg and Roger (Judy) Province of Rock Hill, SC.; grandchildren, Ryann, Jeorja and Jacob Province; step-granddaughters, Shianne Morehead and Klaire Perkins. Services for Jim will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, August 19, 2016, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, W.Va. with Reverend Greg Markins officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and one hour prior to the services at the funeral home on Friday.
