Gladys Luzanna Harmon

Gladys Luzanna Harmon, age 74 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born November 22, 1941 in Jackson County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Charles E. and Hattie Snyder Harmon. Gladys had worked at Kmart and was a caregiver. She attended North Parkersburg Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening and her family. Gladys is survived by her sister, Clara Watson of Parkersburg; her brother, Darrell Harmon of Parkersburg; two sisters-in-law; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her wonderful step-mother, Gladys Louise Harmon, which raised her and her siblings. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Earnest “Cliff” Harmon. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 5, 2016 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., South Parkersburg with Pastor Mike Towner officiating, Interment will follow at the Herndon Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until time of services Sunday at the funeral home.
