George Earl "Bub" Mcnemar

George Earl “Bub” McNemar age 67 of Parkersburg passed away Friday, February 1, 2019 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born March 19, 1951 in Wood County, WV, a son of the late Ralph and Roberta M. Simmons McNemar. Bub was retired from O’Ames with over 34 years of service and was a counselor for AANA. He enjoyed hunting, golf, softball, the Mountaineers and especially the Parkersburg South Teams. He was a member of the South Parkersburg United Methodist Church. Bub is survived by his siblings, Ralph W. McNemar (Janet), Charolette Moore (Rick), Harold McNemar (Ruth), and Wilma Waybright (Blaine) all of Parkersburg; and his two sisters-in-law, Beth McNemar of Elkins, WV and Janet McNemar of Parkersburg. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers, Charles (John) McNemar and Michael W. McNemar. Funeral services will be held 12:00 pm. Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., South Parkersburg with Pastor Jim Plyburn officiating. Interment will follow at the Evergreen South Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm. Monday at the funeral home.
