Gary Linley Hyde

Gary Linley Hyde, 73, of Walker, WV, passed away June 15, 2018 at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital in Parkersburg. He was born September 16, 1944 in Parkersburg, the son of the late Gilbert and Thelma Jenkins Hyde. Gary retired from the Department of Transportation for the State of WV as a Heating and Air Tech. He served with the US. Navy for four years. Gary enjoyed fishing, blue grass music and playing the banjo. He is survived by two sons, Randall Hyde and Samuel (Jesse) Hyde both of Walker, WV; three grandchildren, Lydia, Shelby and Grace. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Reynolds Hyde who passed in 2014. Funeral services for Gary will be held Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. south Parkersburgwith Pastor Stan Jenkins officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 2:00-4:00.
