Gary Lee Frame

Gary Lee Frame 68, of Belpre, Ohio passed away April 9, 2019 in Charleston, West Virginia. He was born November 23, 1950 in Parkersburg, West Virginia, a son to the late Harold and Mary Lipps Frame. Gary was a graduate of Belpre High School. He was a truck driver and owner/operator of Attention 2 Detail in Belpre. He Enjoyed old cars and going to car shows. He is survived by a son, Chris (Jasmin) Frame of Belpre; one sister, Rita Kidder (Holly); sister-in-law, Joann Frame; and his longtime companion Fran Talbert. In addition to his parents Gary was preceded in death by two brothers, Keith and Sonny Frame. There will be a gathering of friends and family on Saturday, April 13, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 P.M. at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, Ohio.
