Gary Steven Florence

Gary Steven Florence, 82, passed away October 17, 2026. He was born on March 29, 1944, to Paul and Frances Florence. Gary lived his life farming on his family’s farm in Mineral Wells, known as Florence Milk Farms.

No one who met Gary forgot his infectious smile and kindness. He was loved by all. He mostly enjoyed farming but could be found playing cards with his friends.

He is survived by his daughter, Stacy Enoch (Jeff); his son, Gary Lee Florence (Stephanie); grandchildren, Josey Williams, Bristol and Kyndall Florence, Jesse, Katelyn and JJ Enoch; and his sister, Julie Shawver (Roger).

In addition to his parents, he has rejoined his loving wife, Donna Florence, in everlasting paradise.

Per Gary’s wishes, there will be no public services. Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, South Parkersburg, has been entrusted with his private cremation and is honored to serve the Florence family.
