Gary Lee Ball

Gary Lee Ball, 62, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on January 8, 2016 at the VA Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. He was born June 30, 1953, in Slate, W.Va., a son of the late Carl and Louise Smith Ball. Gary was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp and retired from Dil's Ford. He is survived by three children, Gary Dale Ball (Kristina Martin) of Belpre, Ohio, Tracey Boggs and Angel Ball, both of Parkersburg; six siblings, Sandra Fields of Spencer, W.Va., Lewis Ball of Walker, W.Va., Randall Ball of Tuppers Plains, Ohio, Joe Ball of Parkersburg, Wayne Ball of Little Hocking, Ohio and Anita Parker of Chester, Ohio; one grandson, Caleb Posley; and the mother of his children, Barbara Hicks of Davisville, W.Va. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2333 Pike St., south Parkersburg is assisting the family with arrangements.
