Garrett Owen Smith, infant son of Jeff and Casey Smith of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.In addition to his parents he is survived by maternal grandparents, Marnie Williamson and Terry Williamson both of Wheeling, W.Va.; and paternal grandparents, Robert and Terry Smith of Winchester, Kentucky.Private graveside services will be held at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
