Gabrielle Lynn Allen

Vienna

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gabrielle Lynn Allen, a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and cherished friend. Gabrielle was found Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at the summit of a mountain near her Maker.

Born in Hampton, Virginia on May 2, 1961, Gabrielle brought joy, compassion, and kindness to all who knew her. She was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was a true example of her faith shown by a life dedicated to service and Christ-like love.

A talented musician, Gabrielle performed mini-concerts on the violin and piano for those around her. She had a gift for making others feel seen by always lending a helping hand. Many have been the recipients of notes of gratitude and praise penned by her hand and by small gifts left at doorsteps. Her license plate of HugAChild is a firm testament to Gabrielle's commitment to children and she was often found baking or making crafts with the children around her.

Gabrielle is survived by her loving mother, Karen Jameson; her daughter, Nicole Beal, and son-in-law, Andrew; her son, Michael Allen; and her treasured grandchildren, Jillian and Kaydence Beal. She also leaves behind her siblings, Timothy Jameson (Crystal), Kristin Walker (Troy), Steven Jameson (Melanie), Michael Jameson (Sondra), Richard Jameson, Adam Jameson (Rosie), and Melissa Rudloff (Edward).

Preceded in death by her father, Glenn Jameson, Gabrielle's family takes comfort in knowing she is reunited with him in peace.

A funeral service to honor and celebrate Gabrielle's life will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Parkersburg with the presiding Bishop Lewis Floyd. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Public visitation will precede the service from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. providing an opportunity for friends and family to share memories and express their condolences.
