Freddie Arthur Lutz, 72, of Vienna, joined his wife Linda in heaven on Monday, April 20, 2020. He was born September 4, 1947 in Parkersburg, the son of the late William B. and Myrtle Alice (Hague) Lutz. Fred retired as a steel worker from the closed Ames Plant and he enjoyed buying and selling cars. He also loved his beloved dog Carter. He is survived by one daughter, Christina McGee of Marietta; three sons, Scott Stoops (Kimberly) of Parkersburg, Tony Stoops (Teresa) of Marietta and Christopher Stoops also of Parkersburg; one sister, Charlotte Williams of Parkersburg; one brother, Robert Lutz, of Parkersburg; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda B. (Stoops) Lutz, and one brother, Howard Lutz. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic there will be no visitation or viewing at the funeral home. A private graveside service for close family and friends will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at Evergreen South Cemetery in Parkersburg.
