Frances Emogene Leep, 89, formerly of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away on August 24, 2015 at The Arbors of Marietta.She was born August 4, 1926, in Parkersburg, the daughter of the late William Davis and Naomi Davis Shrader.Frances was a graduate of Parkersburg High School where she sang in the Acapella Choir. She was a secretary at A.B. Chance and had worked at O'Ames Co. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Parkersburg and the Broadway Baptist Church.She is survived by her daughter, Barbara (Larry) Cline of Parkersburg; two grandchildren, David and Thomas Cline, both of Parkersburg; five great-grandchildren, Amber Cline, Brandi (Tommy) Reed, Justin Cline, Jeffrey Cline and Kourtney Cline; three great-great-grandchildren, Arianna Nedeff, Bryant Nedeff and Mason Cline.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford E. Leep in 2011; and her brother, Robert E. Davis.Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Evergreen North Cemetery with Pastor Bob Alfred officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., South Parkersburg.
