Frances Jessie Brown

Frances Jessie Brown 73, of Parkersburg, passed away September 17, 2018 at The Willow’s Center in Parkersburg. She was born November 12, 1944 in Wood County, WV. a daughter of the late Herman and Freda Dawson. Frances was a homemaker and enjoyed crafts. She is survived by three daughters, Mabel Conner (Bobby) of Belleville, WV, Debbie Riggs of Cambridge, Ohio and JoAnn Brown of Parkersburg; one son, James Wolfe (Theresa) of Belpre, OH; three grandchildren, Greg Riggs, Dustin Wolfe and Santana Wolfe; two great grandchildren, Alexis Brooke, William Ray; three sisters and four brothers. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard B. Brown, a son, Leonard B. Brown, Jr.; one brother and four sisters. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, September 21, 2018 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna with Reverend David Carrico officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memory Gardens, Parkersburg. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday and one hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
