Floyd Robert Riddle

Floyd R. “Bob” Riddle, 93, of Parkersburg, went to be with the Lord on December 8, 2024. He was born January 26, 1931 in Ritchie County, a son of the late Floyd P. and Virgia O. Riddle.

He was a truck driver for Teamsters Union Local 175 and 413. He was a faithful member of Faith Baptist Church in Vienna, who loved his church family. He also enjoyed dirt track racing, and CB radios.

He is survived by his children, Sandy Sindledecker (Danny) of Vienna, Linda Bunner of Parkersburg, Ken Riddle (Karen) of Parkersburg, and Tony Riddle (Ingrid) of Hilliard, OH; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife of 70 years, Ruth E. Davis Riddle; and three brothers, Bill, Jack, and David Riddle.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna, with Pastors Jim Yoak and Rick Eaton officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Williamstown. Family will accept visitors from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, December 11 and one hour prior to serves Thursday at the funeral home.
