Fhillina Ann Rager, 52 of Ripley, WV, passed away March 21, 2020 at Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta, Ohio. She was born in Parkersburg, WV. March 1, 1968 a daughter of Phillip Rager of Walker, WV and Susan Shaluta Roush of Portland, Ohio. Fhillina was a graduate of Parkersburg High School. She worked as a legal secretary for Attorneys Bruce White and Jay Geber for 15 years. Fhillina loved the outdoors especially camping and being in the mountains. She enjoyed dirt bike racing, the beach and being with her family. She was an avid WVU Mountaineer fan. In addition to her parents Fhillina is survived by her step-mother Tina Rager of Volcano, her step-father, Dennis Roush of Portland, Ohio, her son Gunnar Morgan (Melissa) of Parkersburg, her daughter, Kenley Morgan of Ripley, her fiancée Shannon Shafer of Ripley, 2 sisters, Krista Forshey (Rodney) of Waverly, and Molly Jacob (Joel) of Palm Coast, Fla., a brother, John Rager of Kanawha County, WV 1 uncle, Steve Shaluta of Leesburg, Florida, 1 aunt Mildred Swisher (Ed) of Grafton, WV and several nieces and nephews. Fhillina was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Steve and Betty Shaluta, and her paternal grandparents, Fred and Virginia Rager. A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm Thursday, March 26, 2020 at Shiloh Cemetery with Norman Orr officiating. There will be no visitation. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home 2333 Pike St. south Parkersburg is honored to serve the Rager family. The family wishes to extend special thanks to Dr. Wine and the ICU staff at Marietta Memorial Hospital. Also, special thanks to special friends, Dalton Galloway, Stephen Dillon, Kristy Nichols, and Tammy Zimmerman.
