Felicia A. Hopkins

Felicia Ann Hopkins, 47, of Parkersburg, was called to the loving arms of her Lord on Friday, September 1, 2017 from Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born February 18, 1970, in Geneva, NY, the daughter of Steven Spencer of Parkersburg and Donna Brookover Spencer of Vienna. Felicia was a Real Estate Appraiser and also worked with oil and gas. She was a member of The Amazing Grace Community Church. In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband of fifteen years, Robert L. Hopkins; one brother, Jeff Spencer of Hickory, NC; a niece, Bailey Spencer; grandmother, Ruth Brookover; two step-children, Chris (Susan) Hopkins and Ryan (Lauren) Hopkins; four step-grandchildren; two uncles, Larry Spencer and Robert M. (Patty) Brookover; mother in-law, Lena Hopkins; sister and brother in-law, Kathy and Ken Annable; beloved friend, Tressa Cochran and her beloved pets, Briar, Dudley and DigBee. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Leotta V. Johnson. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., south Parkersburg with Pastor Wayne Dunlap officiating. Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expenses.
