Evelyn is survived by her sons Shane Terrell and his wife Dr. Andrea Ballengee of Morgantown, and Randy Terrell and his wife Julie of Vienna, as well as two beloved grandchildren Emily Terrell of Vienna and Dr. Skyler Terrell of Morgantown, sister Beverly Gunter and her husband Langdon Gunter of Myrtle Beach, brother Mark Cosner and his wife Brenda of Williamstown, brother David Cosner and wife Becky of Marietta, lifelong friend and neighbor Frances Manzo, and her aunt JoAnn Cain of Vienna. In addition to her late parents, Evelyn is preceded in death by her loving husband William S. Terrell who passed in 2020 after a hard-fought battle with lung disease.

Evelyn will be remembered for her unparalleled love and devotion to her community, family and friends. She was a prominent member of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority, red hatter society, and Vienna Women’s Club, holding various leadership positions in all these organizations during her 40 + year tenure. She also attended and was heavily involved with the Independent Baptist Church in Vienna. Evelyn was the most gentle, kind, and loving soul to walk this Earth.
