Eugene "Mouse" Carroll Kelley

Eugene “Mouse” Carroll Kelley, 89, of Vienna, passed away June 25, 2019 at his residence. He was born March 16, 1930 in Parkersburg, the son of the late Dorsey and Madge Weaver Kelley. Eugene was a Korean War, Air Force Veteran and worked at Brockway Glass and was a member of The Lighthouse Baptist Church. Mouse was also a member of the VFW and the American Legion Post #15. He is survived by one daughter, Sandy (Steve) Stephens; three sons, Michael (Pam) Kelley, Daniel (Tammy) Kelley and Robert (Shanda) Kelley; one brother, Thomas (Cathy) Kelley; one sister, Janice Nestor; 15 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Irene Kelley; two brothers, Charles and Walter and a sister, Wanda Bailey. Funeral services for Eugene will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna, with Reverend Dale C. Waters officiating. Burial will follow the service at Evergreen North Cemetery, with Military Rites by the American Legion Post #15. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Friday and one hour prior to the service on Saturday, at the funeral home in Vienna.
