Ethlyn Martha “Mamaw” Clark, 96, of Vienna, passed away peacefully, October 2, 2017, at her daughters home where she lived for the past 23 years. She was born December 3, 1920, in Wood County, WV, the daughter of the late John Acie and Vada May Longwell Pugh. Ethlyn was a homemaker and she was the oldest living sibling of the Pugh family. She loved gardening, fishing and camping and loved and cared for her cats. Mamaw cherished every moment with her family and was devoted to them. She is survived by her children, Danny Williams (Teresa), Shirley Moyer, Wanda Elliott, beloved son-in-law, Paige Hardesty (Ronda), grandchildren, Christopher, Wesley, Courtney (Jason) , Cathy (Jay), Stacy (Chris), Damon (Marcie), Kelly (Darryl), Casey (Erica), Brian (Debbie) and Lori (Joe).; great-grandchildren, Heidi, Emily, Calynn, Julie, Makaila, Jon, Abby, Collin, Isabelle, Ryder, Deagan, Stephen, Kamryn and Craig; beloved step-mother to Michael, Stephen, Gregory, Debra and Kim. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Wayne R. “Windy” Williams, her second husband, George F. “Frank” Clark; son, Charles; daughter, Margaret; son-in-law, John; and nine siblings. As per her request her body was donated to WV Health Services Gift registry. The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice and Dr. Stacy Gump for their excellent care of their loved one. A memorial service celebrating Ethlyn's life will be held at the convenience of the family.
