A Memorial Video to Elva is now available on this site. Elva May Full, 91, of Washington, W.Va., passed away on Monday, December 14, 2015 at Parkersburg Care Center. She was born December 1, 1924, in Gay, W.Va., a daughter of the late James Issac and Edith Daisy Douglas Randolph. Elva was formerly employed at Borg Warner/Marbon Co. and was a Baptist by faith. Family and friends were an important part of Elva's life. She welcomed all into her home. She is survived by two daughters, Betty Barker of Washington, W.Va. and Marlene Hickman of Parkersburg; three sons, Cliff Full (Eileen) of Salisbury, N.C., Lester O. Full (Debbie) and Paul A. Full (Beverly), both of Washington; eight grandchildren, Jonda Barker Craddock (Tim) of Parkersburg, Debbie Full Lowder (Curt) of Kannapolis, N.C., Cassie Hickman Radabaugh (Steven Paul) of Millwood, W.Va., Mark D. Full (Nikki) of Advance, N.C., Brandon M. Full (Valerie) of Simpsonville, S.C., Carrie Hickman Brookover (Jason) of Washington, Kelly Fabbri of Parkersburg and Erica Sheppard of Washington; and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Francis E. Full in 1999; three brothers, Ofa, Walter and Kenneth Randolph; two sisters, Anna Whited and Evelyn Randolph; her son-in-law, Johnnie Barker; and one granddaughter, Amy. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., South Parkersburg with Pastor Dave Cumpston officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, and one hour prior to services on Thursday at the funeral home.
