She will be deeply missed by her husband Robert B. Fraser II, brothers Warren Brookover, Jim Brookover, & Garland Brookover, her life-long best friend Carolyn Brookover, children Dee Lupardus, Craig (Rhonda) Lupardus, Mark Lupardus & Carrie (Edd) Sharp, step children Robbie Fraser, Sean Fraser, Dylan Fraser & Elizabeth Fraser also nine grandchildren & six great grandchildren. Also her beloved dog Rose Marie She worked 31 1/2 years as an HVAC technician and many other capacities at Forma Scientific where she acquired the moniker of “Brazing Hussy” in Marietta, Ohio retiring in 2000. All will remember her as someone who lived life to the fullest. She was ever ready with a funny story or plotting her next practical joke. She never met a stranger and found something to admire in everyone she met. After retirement she and her husband traveled all over America in their camper, many times with grandchildren in tow. She wrote a song that was published in the Marietta Times called Becky The Boat, that heralded the plight of the Becky Thatcher. An award-winning cook and home restoration/decorator extraordinaire. She lived life large and her passing has left a huge hole in our hearts. The family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Megan Lupardus and Amedisys Hospice for their loving care in her final days that allowed her to remain at home and pass with grace. As a final act, that is representative of her practical nature, her body will be donated to West Virginia University. A private memorial will be planned after her cremated remains are returned to the family. In Lieu of flowers she asked that you donate your time to making memories and spreading mirth. You may also make a donation to the Humane Society or to St. Jude in her memory. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna is assisting the family with arrangements.
