Eldon Clark Marlow, 74, of Walker, WV passed away Friday, February 23, 2018 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born October 14, 1943 in Walker, WV, a son of the late Champ Clark and Muriel M. Marlow. He was a 1964 graduate of Parkersburg High School and was a United States Navy Veteran. He retired as an Iron Worker with Local # 784. Eldon loved sitting on his porch waving at passersby and enjoyed yard work. He is survived by his life partner, Laura “Dee” Ellis; one daughter, Jen Vierling of Camano Island, Washington, and two grandchildren, one who he considered a daughter, Mary Susan (Chad) Keller of Lenoir,NC and their children, Larkin and Ryan who he considered his grandchildren; one sister, Mary Sue Little (Charles) of Davisville, WV and one brother, David Charles Marlow (Mary) of Vienna, WV; Dr. John T. Slevin who he considered his brother-in-law of Lexington, KY and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Don Marlow. Honoring Eldon’s request there will be no visitation or services. Lambert-Tatman Funeral and Cremation Services, 2333 Pike Street, south Parkersburg is assisting the family.
