Elaine Virginia Griffin

Elaine Virginia Griffin, 91, of Davisville, WV, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018 at her residence. She was born May 29, 1927, in Chester, PA, the daughter of the late Leon V. and Lillian Wehe States. Elaine was a member of the Tri City Baptist Church and the Warehouse Church. She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Brown (Richard) of North Canton, OH; her four sons, David Griffin (Sherri) of Akron, OH, Mark Griffin (Janet) of Davisville, WV, Cleave Griffin (Terri) of Davisville and Brian Griffin (Cori) of Tallahassee, FL; daughter in-law, Maxine Griffin of Parkersburg; son in-law, Chris Anastos of St. Lucie, FL; twelve grandchildren and thirty two great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, Cleave Griffin; two sons, Orlan and Richard Griffin and one sister, Shirley Mitchell. Private family services will be at a later date at the convenience of the family. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, south Parkersburg is assisting the family.
