Edward "Tim" Kelly, 75, of Harrisville, WV passed away at home, June 26, 2022 surrounded by his family. He was born December 23, 1946 in Brooklyn, New York, a son of the late Edward Kelly and Lillian Gallagher Kelly. He was an Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War. In New Paltz, NY he owned K&E Beverage with Gene Brice. After moving to WV in 1977 he worked for Zickafoose Oil & Gas Company, but also worked doing plumbing, roofing, and construction. At home he was a full-time farmer and he loved homesteading. Some of his favorite hobbies were scuba diving, camping, fishing, traveling and site seeing. Tim was a father figure to many boys and enjoyed teaching them handy life skills. Edward is survived by his wife, Shirley Kay Allen Kelly; a daughter, Leah Kelly (fiancé Steve); a son Simon Kelly (wife Akiko); two sisters, Maureen Finch (husband John) and JoAnn Treutler (husband Russell); one brother, Daniel Kelly; three step children, two grandchildren, Lilly Kelly and Max Kelly, many step grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Kathleen Brice. Edward donated his body to science to the WVU Human Gift Registry. There will be no services at this time.
