Douglas E. Libert, 62 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away unexpectedly at his home on May 16, 2015. He was born October 3, 1952 in York, Pennsylvania.Doug is survived by his wife, Teresa Kimes Libert; two sons, Justin and Jeff; and a brother, John Libert, all of Parkersburg.A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
