Dorothy Marie

Dorothy Marie Ice, 91, of Belpre, Ohio passed away March 2, 2017 at the Arbors of Marietta. She was born March 17, 1925 in Braxton County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Shirley Hall and Mable Jarvis Hall. Dorothy was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, flowers, and quilting. She was a Baptist by faith. She is survived by one son, Kenneth J. Ice of Belpre, Ohio; sisters, Velma Demboski of Beckley, W.Va., and Mary Hunter of Maryland; a brother, Ronald Hall of West Virginia; grandchildren, Joseph Ice of Belpre, and Larry Ice of Georgia; and daughter-in-law, Donna Ice of Ohio. In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Denver V. Ice; one son, Larry Ice; four brothers; and one sister. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, Ohio with Pastor Rod Brower officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
