Dorothy Louise Calantoni

Dorothy Louise Colantoni, 87, of Vienna, W.Va. passed away April 29, 2015 at her residence.She was born February 14, 1928, in Waverly, W.Va. the daughter of the late Homer and Nancy Matheny Shuman.She loved doing crafts and giving them away to neighbors, and was a member of Vienna 36th. Street Church of Christ. Dorothy was a good friend and neighbor and was a wonderful wife, sister and aunt dearly loved by all of her family. She will be truly missed.She is survived by her beloved husband of 69 years, Benny A. Colantoni; two loving sisters, Loretta Ruth Moore of Waverly and Juanita Nunn and her husband, Jack of Eden, North Carolina; sister-in-law, Norma Migliazza of California; a brother-in-law, Enzo Colantoni and wife, Jean of Pittsburg, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister and brother, Lavina (Peggy) Muscati and Everett Russell Shuman.The family would like to extend their thanks to Hospice for their care, especially Annie her nurse and to all of Dorothy's care givers.Funeral services for Dorothy will be held at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, W.Va. Saturday May 2, 2015at 11:00 a.m. with Mark Mason officiating. Burial will follow the service at Riverview Cemetery in Williamstown, W.Va. Visitation will be on Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
