Donald Raymond Morgan II, 24 of Belpre, Ohio passed away January 6, 2015 at Ohio State University, James Cancer Center in Columbus, Ohio.He was born September 7, 1990 in Marietta, Ohio the son of Donald R. Morgan, Sr. of Wisconsin and Melissa Wilson Gidney of Belpre.He graduated from Belpre High School and attended Washington State Community College.In addition to his parents, Donald is survived by one sister, Desiree Morrow Argabrite of Belpre; and one brother, Andrew Morgan also of Belpre.A memorial service is being planned for a later date. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Crematory of Belpre is assisting the family with the arrangements.
