A Memorial Video to Donald is now available on this site. Donald Lee Griffith, 76, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on March 31, 2016 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born Sept. 4, 1939, in Sandyville, W.Va., a son of the late Lester and Eleanor Kelbaugh Griffith. Donald was a graduate of Ripley High School and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He retired from Hope Gas after 32 years of service. He was an avid sport fan, member of the Masonic Lodge, spent many hours volunteering and was a Methodist by faith. He is survived by his wife, Edith Griffith; two daughters, Tracey (Kevin) Cormack of Williamstown, W.Va. and Tammy Rummer of Vienna, W.Va.; one son, Mark (Kim) Griffith of Hamilton, OH; one sister, Delores (Glenn) Parsons of Sandyville; two brothers, Dale (Mary) Griffith and Vernon Griffith, both of Sandyville; three grandchildren, Kendra Cormack of Williamstown, Nichole Rummer of Wellsburg, W.Va. and Maria Rummer of Parkersburg; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 4, 2016 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., South Parkersburg with Pastor Dave Long officiating. Interment will follow at Drift Run Cemetery in Jackson County, W.Va. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
