Dianna Lynn Pfaff

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Dianna Lynn Pfaff, who departed this world on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at the age of 79. She peacefully transitioned surrounded by her beloved family in her residence in Vienna, WV.

Born in Weston, WV, on February 7, 1947, Dianna was the cherished daughter of the late George and Stella Hawkins. Her early years were marked by a zest for learning and community, traits she carried with her throughout her life. A proud graduate of Weston High School in 1964, she went on to further her education at Mountain State College and honed her skills at Parkersburg Beauty College.

Dianna devoted her professional career to her role as a Fraud Examiner at the Bureau of Public Debt in Parkersburg, WV, where her dedication and integrity left a lasting impression. Aside from her professional life, she nurtured a passion for teaching and was a well-respected instructor at the Parkersburg Beauty College, where she inspired many students.

Her love for animals found expression in her volunteer work at the Parkersburg Humane Society, a cause close to her heart. In memory of Dianna, the family kindly requests donations be made to this organization to continue her legacy of care and compassion for all creatures.

Dianna is survived by her two loving sons, Michael J. Pfaff (Angel) and Marc E. Pfaff. Her legacy and love extend through her five cherished grandchildren, eight adored great-grandchildren, and one precious great-great-grandchild. Additionally, she leaves behind her dear nephew, Jeff Rogers. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, her sister Brenda Sue Rogers, and her daughter-in-law Terri L. Pfaff.

Final arrangements for Dianna have been entrusted to Lambert-Tatman Funeral Homes. May her memory be a blessing, and her soul rest in eternal peace.
