Denzil G. Goodnight

Denzil G. Goodnight, 84, of Walker, WV passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021 at his residence. He was born January 1, 1937 in Calhoun County, WV, a son of the late Alvie and Ruby Snyder Goodnight.Denzil was a farmer and in the timber business.He enjoyed buying and selling cattle on his farm and was a Christian and was saved. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Rosetta Nelson Goodnight; his four sons, Eddy G. Goodnight (Marcia) of Vienna, Richard L. Goodnight (Connie), Lloyd R. Goodnight (Jacque) and Denzil Gale Goodnight II ( Maria) all of Walker; two sisters, Patsey Metz of Kentucky and Helen Beltof Vienna; eight grandchildren and four great- grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by numerous brothers and sisters.
