Dennis Dewitte Cooper

Dennis Dewitte Cooper, 90, of Parkersburg, WV, entered his heavenly home from Cedar Grove Personal Care on January 28, 2025. He was a son of the late Loura T. Cooper and Lottie L. Morrison Morlan.
Dennis was a member of Bible Baptist Church and was employed as a technician with AT&T for 33 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and gardening.
Left behind to cherish his memory are; one daughter, Judy (Rick) Eggleton of Bidwell, Ohio; one son, Steven P. Cooper of McFarland, WV; one brother, Robert Cooper of Beckley, WV; Seven grandchildren, Chad (Ashley) Kimball, Jeff Kimball, Dyanna (Matt) Elliott, Serena (Andy) Bower, Devin Cooper, Adam (Jessica) Cooper and Daniel Cooper; seven great-grandchildren, Mason Kimball, Hailey Kimball, Cooper, Graham and Olivia Elliott, Adalynn Bower and Cosetta Cooper; one grand daughter-in-law, Rachel Eggleton.
In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley L. Cooper; son, Dennis Mike Cooper; sister, Naomi Stanley; two brothers, Shirley Cooper and Phillip Cooper and grandson, Ryan Eggleton.
Services for Dennis will be held at 10 AM, Monday, February 3, 2025 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home located in Vienna, WV with Pastor Dan Stevens officiating. Visitation will be held from 2 PM-6 PM, Sunday, February 2, 2025 and 1 hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the K of P cemetery in Elizabeth, WV.
