Deborah Ann Pence

Deborah A. Pence, of Parkersburg, passed away peacefully, April 1, 2026, at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital.

Deborah loved dancing, watching sports, spiritual development, and spending time with family and friends. She was a Graduate of WVU School of Nursing and played a vital role in establishing home health care in Mid-Ohio Valley. While she was proud of her career, she was most proud of her children. Her home was a place everyone gathered, especially during the holidays. She created an environment filled with love, warmth, and togetherness. Debby had a special way of making everyone feel welcome. Her generous spirit and vibrant personality touched countless lives. She will be deeply missed.

She is survived by 3 sons, Joseph (Mika) Munoz, Fisher Pence, Noah Munoz, and 2 daughters, Kachina Munoz, and Melba Alkire (George). Sister, Sherry Fosselman(Don), four brothers, Richard Pence(Brenda), Steve Pence(Sandy), Fred Pence(Brenda), Jim Pence(Marisa), eight grandchildren, Molly, Emmy, Anna, Canyon, Greyson, Beau, Leo, and Gus. Bonus Son, Matt Whitlatch and his daughter, Ava. And her beloved dog, Jax.

She was preceded by her parents, Richard F. and Wilma Lee Pence.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later, Lambert-Tatman is honored to serve the Munoz/Pence Family.
