Deborah J. Miller

Deborah J. Miller, 65, of Parkersburg, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2017 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born June 9, 1951, in Parkersburg, a daughter of Geraldine Mae Sargent Pahl of Parkersburg and the late Shirley Roy Pahl. She was a homemaker and a graduate of Parkersburg High School. In addition to her mother she is survived by her two sons, Scot Heckert (Heather) and Brian Heckert (Susan) all of Parkersburg; seven grandchildren, Dakota Lee Heckert, Zachery Lee William Cunningham, Brian K. Heckert Jr. (Tiffani), Brianna Heckert (Justin Carpenter), Tristian Heckert, Miranda Heckert, and Levi Heckert; three great-grandchildren, Preston Heckert, Chevelle Heckert, and Myla Carpenter; two sisters, Connie Cook of Mineral Wells and Sheryl Pahl of Bellville, WV; several nieces and nephews and special friends. In addition to her father, Deborah was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Makayla Heckert. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 5, 2017 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, south Parkersburg with Chris Waldron officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen North Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
