Debbie S. Collins, 60, of Belpre, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Saturday, August 27, 2016 at her residence. She was born May 19, 1956 in Edenton, North Carolina, a daughter of Connie L. Holbert of Wellston, Ohio and the late Maurice J. Berry. Debbie was a 1974 graduate of Belpre High School and received her Associate Degree from Washington State Community College. She was retired from Nashua Photo as a supervisor and was currently employed with Highmark West Virginia as a claims processor. She had a deep love of animals and had volunteered for many years at the Humane Society of Parkersburg. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Stephanie L. Voshel (Brad) of Parkersburg, W.Va.; two sisters, Kathie L. Williamson (Roger) of Jackson, Ohio and Christina J. Buisset (Tommy) of Richmond, Va.; a brother, Richard L. Berry (Tracie) of Metropolis, Ill.; a half-sister, Pam Crislip of Parkersburg, W.Va.; a half-brother, Kenneth Berry of Parkersburg, W.Va.; a granddaughter, Victoria R. Voshel; three nieces, Missy Williamson, Mandy Williamson and Kacie Tambornino; three nephews, Brandon Williamson, Steven O’Brien and Nick Berry; and several great nieces and nephews. A celebration of Debbie’s life will be 12 Noon, Saturday, September 3, 2016 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, Ohio with Evangelist Teddy Tackett officiating.
