Date and Time of Service: 1PM Sat., Nov. 27, 2010 – Viennaposted 11/23/2010 at 2:16:22 PMDavid W. �Diesel� Reed Jr., 46, of Williamstown, W.Va., passed away November 21, 2010, at St. Josephs Hospital.He was born October 8, 1964, in Parkersburg, W.Va., a son of the late David William Reed Sr. and Ellen Marshall Reed Anderson of North Hills, W.Va.David owned and operated Diesel Logging Company and was a certified diesel mechanic. He especially enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter. David was a Christian, being raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where he is a longtime member and had recently been attending Crossroads United Methodist Church.In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Wesley, Brittany, and Will Reed; his companion of sixteen years, Pamela Bee; one sister, Lydia Overby and husband Butch; several aunts and uncles including aunt Elaine Smith; and also several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be conducted at 1PM Saturday November 27, 2010, at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, W.Va., with Reverend Randy Mitchell officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-8PM on Friday November 26, 2010, and one hour prior to services on Saturday at the funeral home.
