David G. Holland, 78, of Marietta, OH passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at his residence. He was born July 16, 1948 in Cleveland, OH. David was the son of the late Glenn F. and Alberta A. Affolter Holland.
Dave was retired self-employed in construction and an Army veteran. He served as military police and was a member of the American Legion, VFW, and DAV.
Left to cherish his memory include his daughters, Janice L. Schimmel of Harrisville, WV and Cindy F. McFee (Jim) of Bridgeport, WV; step-son and very good friend, Kirk Warner (Sandie); his brother, Ellis Holland (Bud); four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Carol Holland.
In honoring Dave’s wishes, there will be no services at this time.
Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
