David Holly Harper

David Holly Harper, 49, of Parkersburg, passed away September 30, 2017 at Camden Clark. He was born April 12, 1968 in Parkersburg, the son of the late Ralph Austin and Lula Bell Drennen Harper. David was a self employed laborer and enjoyed collecting brass and gardening. He is survived by three brothers, John (Sherial) Harper of Waverly, WV, Ralph (Tina) Harper of Friendly, WV and Daniel (Shannon) Harper also of Waverly, WV; a special cousin, Joan Holcomb; special aunt, Cora (John) Libscomb; and several nieces and nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Holly Marie Harper. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 5, 2017 with Pastor Bob Lizer officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Thursday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave, Vienna, WV. In lieu of flowers monetary donations may be sent to Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave, Vienna, WV to assist with funeral expenses.
