Darrell Eugene King

Darrell Eugene King, 72, of Mineral Wells, W.Va. passed away on June 21, 2016 at The Arbors at Marietta. He was born September 1, 1943, in Putnam County, W.Va., a son of the late Carl and Nora Winans King. Darrell worked at Danser Sheet Metal and was a member of the Sheet Metal Local Union #33 for several years. He was also a Volunteer Fireman at the Mineral Wells V.F.D. Darrell enjoyed helping other people. He is survived by his two daughters, Debbie Stephenson (Jeff) of Belville,W.Va. and Heather Willis (Adam) of North Carolina; his two sons, Bobby King (Gleisy) of Lubeck, W.Va. and Kevin King of Mineral Wells; two sisters, Norma Rhodes of Mineral Wells and Myrna Janic of Ft. Madison, Iowa; one brother, William King of Vacula, GA; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his three sisters and one brother. In honor of Darrells request there will be no visitation or service. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services is assisting the King family.
