Daniel "Danny" Ray Eaton

Daniel Ray “Danny” Eaton, 67, of Mineral Wells, WV, passed away Friday, March 29, 2019 at the Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born June 13, 1951 in Wood County, WV, a son of the late Chester Otto and Mary Ann Kelley Eaton. Danny was retired from the WV Department of Highways after several years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, the outdoors, listening to bluegrass music and spending time with his family and friends. Surviving is his wife, Dianna L. Jones Eaton; his children, Patrick McCauley (Becki Woodard) and Diana Smith (Jeff Riel) all of Mineral Wells; his brother, Steve Eaton (Della) and their son, Jerome (special nephew) of Mineral Wells and Justin Johnston (nephew) and family of Marietta, OH and Leon Eaton (Kim) and family of Beverly, WV; grandchildren, Zachary Smith, Megan Lewis (Jerry), Tyler McCauley (Zoe), Kyle McCauley (Destini), and Cierra Buchanan; great-grandchildren, Rylan Patino, Knox and Kynedee Lewis, and Ronan and Preslee McCauley; and several cousins and special friends. In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Bernice L. Jones. Visitation will be 3:00 – 7:00 pm. Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., south Parkersburg.
