Dana Alexander Hopkins

Dana A. Hopkins of Vienna, WV passed away January 23rd at home with his family. He was born February 8th, 1950 in Parkersburg, WV. a son of the late William R. and Fern McLain Hopkins. He graduated from PHS and was a US Army Veteran, serving in Vietnam. He is retired from Mahone Tire Service. He was a car enthusiast, everything from racing, selling and owning many different cars. He loved his Harley and enjoyed spending time with Family and Friends.

Dana is survived by his Daughter Jessica Rector (Bill), significant other Dottie Osburn, grandchildren Breanna Rector(Hunter), Alexander Rector, Britney Rector(Cody), great-grandchildren Leiraya Blankenship, Paisley Mendenhal, and Athena Kelly. His sister, Tamela Butler (James). His furry friend Daisy.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Karen Hopkins, and siblings James P. Hopkins, Sister In-law Carol Hopkins and his nephew, Mathew Plate.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 o’clock am Friday, January 30th, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna with Military Honors. Visitation will be 6-8 pm Thursday January 29th at the Funeral Home.

In Lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to any Veterans Association or the Parkersburg Humane Society. The Family would like to Thank, Adorations Hospice for their love and care.
