Dalton Reed Shamblin

Dalton Reed Shamblin, 23, of Vienna, passed away July 17, 2019 at his residence. He was born July 26, 1995 in Parkersburg, the son of Mark W. Shamblin, Sr. of Vienna and Erin Swisher of Cordova, South Carolina. Dalton was a graduate of P.H.S. and played football for the varsity team. He was employed for Godwin Inc. in the oil services, and enjoyed video games, motorcycles and working out. In addition to his parents he is survived by his brother, Mark W. Shamblin, Jr. of Vienna; grandparents, Harry and Toni Swisher of South Carolina; aunt and uncle, Heather and Shan Boley of Georgia and a cousin, Toby Mayfield also of Georgia. A memorial service for Dalton will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna, with Pastor Don Yeager officiating.
