Connie Sue Gilchrist

Connie Sue Gilchrist, 64, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away January 21, 2015 at Camden Clark Medical Center.She was born February 22, 1950, in Parkersburg a daughter of Evelyn Tefft Gilchrist of Parkersburg and the late William E. Gilchrist.Connie was a graduate of Parkersburg South High School and had worked at Rite Aid Pharmacy and previously Big Bear. She enjoyed reading.She is survived by her mother; one sister, Rhonda Davies and husband, Gavin of Canberra, Australia; brother, Robert E. Gilchrist and wife, Julie of Parkersburg; and two special nephews and a niece, Jacob, Cory and Vanessa.She was preceded in death by her father.Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. south Parkersburg with Pastor Loyd Winans officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
