Clinton Jay Stanley

Clinton Jay “Joe” Stanley of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on March 21, 2016. Joe was born on April 7, 1963 in Parkersburg, the son of the late Judith Carol Stanley. Joe was a graduate of Parkersburg High School and continued his education at both Mountain State College and Marshall University, earning a degree in biology. Joe enjoyed fishing, karoke and the outdoors. Joe is survived by is brothers, Rick (Dorthy), Greg (Carol) and David (Tiffany)Stanley; as well as two sisters, Cindy (Mike) Adkins and Debbie Goodwin; his sister-in-law, Debbie McCoy. He is also survived by several cousins along with many nieces and nephews who affectionately referred to to him as “Uncle Joe”. In addition to his mother, Joe was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary Wayne Stanley and Douglas Mitchell Stanley; and three nephews, Michael and Matthew Stanley and Timothy Goodwin. A private family gathering will be held at the family's convenience. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the charitable organization of your choice.
