Clara Jane Frame

Clara Jane Young Frame, 91 of Nitro. W.Va., passed away February 29, 2016 in Lynchburg, Va. She was born January 23, 1925 in Sistersville, W.Va., the daughter of the late John and Mary Swan Young. Clara was a tax preparer for H&R Block and loved traveling, reading and spending time with her beloved family. Over the years she worked at multiple jobs, including at Wright's Field during WWII. She is survived by four daughters, Susan Coghill, Nancy Semenko, Joyce Frame and Sherry Frame; three sisters, Janice Palmer, Joyce Yocum and Francis Wright; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George Frame; three sons, Mike, Pat and Gary Joe Frame; and three brothers. Services for Clara will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 4, 2016 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave, Vienna, W.Va. Burial will follow the service at Evergreen North Cemetery in Parkersburg. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
