Charles H. Jarvis

Charles H. Jarvis, 95 of Vienna, W.Va. passed away December 17, 2011 at Camden-Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.He was born October 11, 1916 in Akron, Ohio son of the late Charles and Leah Boothe Jarvis. He was a WWII Army veteran serving in the European Theatre. He was retired from G.E. Plastics as a mechanic, and was a member of Boaz Baptist Church. Charles is survived by his niece Janet Sindledecker and her husband Gary R. of Parkersburg, W.Va.; sister, Virginia Iams of Vienna, W.Va.; and sister-in-law, Varra Stephens of Parkersburg, W.Va. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Bessie Beckett Jarvis in December 2007; and a sister, Ruth Board. Graveside services will be held at Noon, Monday December 19, 2011 at Riverview Cemetery in Williamstown, W.Va. with Rev. Jim Lynch officiating.
